Assalamu alaikum everyone, Please review the CIS Canteen Rules on page 2 with your child(ren). Don't forget to bring your coins and small dollar denominations.   Registered Student Volunteers - please ask your parents to check the Whatsapp Student Volunteer Group to find out if you are rostered for Canteen Duty this Sunday. Term 2 starts on Sun, 4 May

  CIS was meant to return forTerm 2 this Sunday, but due to many teachers unable to attend, we must cancel classes: No CIS on Sun, 27 April Term 2 will now start on Sun, 4 May, InshaAllah. I would like to take this opportunity to encourage parents and students to prepare for the return to school next week - on Sun, 4 May: make sure children have their required books pack bags to be ready to for school (text and workbooks, pen/pencil, waterbottle, etc) plan to arrive at school before 10am make duaa for a great Term

Term 2 begins Sun, 5 May

  Assalamu Alaikum wr wb Term 2 Classes will begin on Sun, 5 May, InshaAllah. Dear Parent/Guardians, Staff & Volunteers, I hope you have had a restful and productive holiday and are ready for Term 2! And welcome to the new families joining us in Term 2. Unfortunately, classes have to be cancelled this Sunday, 28 April because many teachers are away and not enough relief teachers could be secured.

Report absences to teachers

  Absences Please inform student absences to their teachers.  If students are absent without notice for more than 3 lessons a term, they will be invited to give up their spot to students on the CIS Waiting List.

Timeliness

It is very important that students arrive at school on time.  It is CIS policy that students who are more than 5 minutes late wait out the rest of the lesson in the Masjid until the next lesson - the area near the Admin area is designated for this. Lateness causes a lot of disruption to learning and teaching.
