CIS Annual Iftar – June 3, 2018

Dear Parents, Guardians, Children & Friends of CIS!
The Canberra Islamic School Annual Iftar and Compet
There will be no classes on the day.
Please arrive at 2pm so that children can register for the Quran competition before it starts and the creative competition can be judged before Maghrib.
Registrations for the Quran Competition will close at 3:10pm
The CIS 2018 Iftar Competition Poster is attached – it has relevant information for the competitions:
- All Levels – Quran Recitation
- All Levels – Craft/Essay/Short Story competition
All children, even those who are not students at CIS can participate within their age groups. Great prizes to be won, and all children will get a gift, inshaAllah.
CIS will cater dinner and drinks. We are seeking help with finger-food items for Iftar and dessert (details to follow), set-up and most of all, with cleaning-up afterwards. Jazak Allah Khair!
